Policies No smoking on the property, (deposits will be forfeited) check in is at 3PM and check out is at 11AM. (Times are flexible subject to availability.)  Cleaning fee is $150.00, deposit is $1,000 (refundable), and payment is due in full at least 45 days in advance. Last minute payment may be discussed. Cancellations less than 30 days will result in full forfeiture of deposit. In such cases security deposits, pet deposits, if any, and move out cleaning fee will be refunded. Deposits $1000 security deposit plus $300. pet deposit if applicable.
Rental prices are subject to 11% Florida state and local taxes. Rental prices are weekly, special discounts may apply for multiple weeks, monthly, and seasonal rentals.
